Heat the butter, cinnamon and syrup together over a medium heat in a frying pan until hot & bubbling.

Make sure you use bananas that are ripe but not overripe. An overripe banana that’s good for banana bread will not work well in this recipe as it may stick khổng lồ the pan & become mushy.
