Hi Christie, I bought your book - airmail from HK, I live in UK. I tried the banana cake today but it came out very dough-ie,as in really lượt thích eating a lump of dough ! not at all like a cake, taste ok though. Is it because I put in too much banana or is it because I use baking powder instead of soda ?
