Banana caramel custard recipe with step-wise pictures and clip recipe. Banana flan is a delicious, rich, creamy pudding prepared with banana and caramel sauce. This can be prepared by steaming or baking và I have shared steps for both the versions below. INGREDIENTS:

Banana – 2Milk – 1 cupEggs – 2Honey – 3 tbspSugar – 3 tbspVanilla extract – 1 tsp

FOR CARAMEL:

Sugar – 5 tbspWater – 1 tbsp

METHOD:

For making caramel, take sugar & water in a pan. Heat in low flame until it caramelizes & turns golden brown. Pour the caramel onto ramekins and keep aside.

To a mixie jar, địa chỉ banana, eggs, milk, honey, sugar and vanilla extract. Blend together until smooth và pour over the caramel in the ramekins.Cover with silver foil.

For steaming, place it on steamer or idli cooker and steam for 30 minutes. For baking, preheat oven to lớn 180 C. Place the ramekins in baking tray filled half way with water. Put this in oven và bake for 30-40 minutes or until done.

Once done, remove the ramekins. Allow it to lớn cool completely and refrigerate for 2 hours. Before serving, run the knife around the edges, invert to a plate and serve. Silky, smooth banana caramel custard is ready.
