Starting with a healthy and delectable breakfast makes your day bright. And I guarantee this homemade beetroot jam either with brown bread or roti indeed is a healthy breakfast. For kids, who run away from vegetable, this is a nice option. They will definitely like this healthy beetroot jam.

Beetroot - 2 nosSugar - 3/4 cupLime - 1/4 pieceWater - 50% cup


Step 1Wash & peel the Beetroots & cut them into cubes.

Step 2

Heat a pressure cooker, địa chỉ cửa hàng beetroots, water và cook for 2 whistles.

Step 3

Once it gets cooled, grind it in a blender or mixer grinder into fine paste.

Step 4

Heat a heavy bottom pan. Add beetroot paste and sugar. Phối them well.

Step 5

Stir continuously và cook them for 10 minutes in a medium flame. You can see the whole content will start lớn leave the sides of the pan.

Step 6

When the jam begins khổng lồ get thick, reduce the heat to lớn low và stir it continuously for a few more minutes.

Step 7

Add the lime juice in it and stir well. Switch off the flame và allow khổng lồ cool.
