Vietnamese fried banana cake


Guys, this is sooooo good! You don"t even need an oven, it is made in a frying pan in under 40 minutes.

Guys, this is sooooo good! You don't even need an oven, it is made in a frying pan in under 40 minutes. This cake is full of lovely spices, cacao, chocolate & of course, bananas. We used spelt flour, but you can also make it with trắng flour or whole wheat flour. It makes a great dessert, especially if you are in a hurry và you still want khổng lồ make something yummy for your family or guests. This recipe is easy to make & the cake looks really good.
