Vietnamese fried banana cake

Hi friends, today I would lượt thích to mô tả a very interesting và a simple cake recipe using banana. This cake recipe requires only basic ingredients that is always available in our shelves. Và this cake is also healthy since I replaced All purpose flour with Whole wheat flour. I have used egg in this recipe since I made it for my daughter. But you could replace egg with curd. It’s purely your choice. Try out this simple cake with the pan. No oven needed. I have given the ingredients và steps in this blog. 2 Ripe bananas1/4 cup Refined oil1/2 cup powdered Sugar1/2 cup Boiled Milk1 Egg1 tsp Baking powderA pinch Salt1 cup Wheat flour1 tsp Vanilla Essence
You can replace wheat flour with maida.Also in place of egg can add curd.Ripe bananas works better not the over ripe ones.Use non stick pan preferably for best results.
