It can certainly be challenging at times but every now and then you stumble upon a healthy dessert recipe that tastes lượt thích pure bliss. This recipe fries the bananas briefly in a pan containing melted coconut oil. The coconut oil adds a nice amount of healthy saturated fats (yes, that’s actually a thing). While many people believed saturated fats were horrible for your health for years, it turns out they might not be quite so bad for you. Especially the medium-chain triglyceride fatty acids that are found in coconut oil. Unlike other types of fat, these MCT fats actually boost the healthy levels of cholesterol (HDL) in your body. (2) After frying the bananas in the coconut oil, all that’s left to vì is drizzle with a deliciously sweet mixture of honey & cinnamon và then sprinkle them with sliced almonds.
