Ingredients

500 g minced meat 500 g mushrooms, brown 1 onion (s) 1 clove garlic 2 tablespoon olive oil 30 g butter 30 grams flour 250 ml vegetable stock 125 g crème fraîche salt pepper Lemon juice 1 pinch (s) sugar, 8 queen pies

Instructions
