I came across this milk foam recipe a while back. You take a slightly frozen and chilled evaporated milk & whisk it with condensed milk to lớn create milk foam. I added a little bit of sea salt, & to my surprise, the final result tasted 99% like the cheese foam I had in some of my favorite cafes.

I learned that cheese foam toppings in most cafes are made with a cheese foam powder. I am unsure what is in it and where to get it, but I learned that most cafes use a powder base because it helps reduce the time it takes them lớn prepare the drinks.

Here are the ingredients you will need:

1/4 cup evaporated milk1 oz cream cheese1 tbsp condensed milk1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt

Instructions:
