Moist & Yummy Yam Cake PREP TIME: 1 Hour SERVES: 8-10

The only problem is, they very seldom get one. This recipe is the world"s best yam layer cake but it is also the perfect batter for a muffins or bread. You may wish to add raisins or fruit for an interesting twist.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups sugar 1 một nửa cups vegetable oil 4 eggs 2 cups all purpose flour 3 tsps baking powder 3 tsps baking soda 1 tsp salt 2 tsps cinnamon 1 tbsp vanilla 1 cup chopped pecans 1 một nửa cups Bruce"s mashed yams 1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple 1 cup sugar 2 một nửa tbsps corn starch 8-ounces Philadelphia cream cheese 50% stick butter 1 lb powdered sugar 1 tbsp vanilla

METHOD: Preheat oven to lớn 350 degrees F. Oil và flour three 9-inch cake pans. Set aside.
